pkko Terms & Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account

1.1 Age Requirement

To register and use the pkko platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. pkko is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party when registering or placing bets on pkko.

1.2 Single Account Policy

2.1 Registration Process

To access any game or betting feature on pkko, you must first register a player account. 2.2 Account Security Obligations

6.1 Player Responsibility

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkko's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall be limited to the total deposits made by that player to their pkko account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pkko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the pkko platform.

7.3 Amendments to These Terms
